finbackdigital.com is a static, informational page for Finback Digital Inc. It has no accounts, no sign-up, no forms, no comments, no cookies, no advertising, and no analytics or tracking of any kind. It makes no third-party network requests — the fonts are served from this site itself, not from a font provider. We do not build a profile of you, and we have nothing to sell or share.

If you switch between light and dark mode, that single choice is saved in your own browser using localStorage so the page remembers it next time. It never leaves your device and is never sent to us or anyone else. Clearing your browser storage removes it.

This site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel's servers may automatically record standard technical request data — such as your IP address, browser type, and the page requested — in transient logs used only to serve the site, keep it secure, and operate the infrastructure. Vercel is a US-based provider, so these logs may be processed on servers outside Canada. We do not use these logs to identify or track individual visitors, and we do not combine them with anything else. Their handling is governed by Vercel's privacy policy.

This notice covers only this corporate website. Our products collect and handle data under their own separate privacy policies: Camena, Sabor, and the games we publish as Finback Games each document their own practices on their own sites.

Finback Digital Inc. is a British Columbia company, subject to Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA and BC's PIPA). Because this page collects no personal information, there's usually nothing for us to look up, correct, or delete. The one exception is email: if you write to us, we receive your message and email address and keep them only to reply — and you can ask us to delete that correspondence at any time.
